For The Future of the Game!

Teams: All US Club Soccer affiliated Boys and Girls youth teams (teams planning on entering the 2024 HI USCS State Cup will have priority of admission).
Age Groups: U13, U14 & U15 (some younger aged teams may be accepted if space allows it). Depending on the final number of entries, the Divisions may be split into single age groups or combined.
Fees: $1000 (fees include: Referees’ fees, Park Users Fees, Fields Set-up, Athletic Trainer and Supplies).
Rosters: US Club Soccer rules apply. Unlimited roster (only 18 can participate in a game) in the appropriate age group, with the appropriate club. Each Team must consist of a minimum of 50% of players pertaining to the age group of the Division they’re playing in at game time. Guest players will be allowed, provided the USCS guidelines for such are followed and met.
Awards: Only the winning teams will receive an award. There’ll be no individual awards issued.
Number of Games: Seven (7) to eight (8) aged appropriate full-time 11-a-side games (9-a-side format will apply to U12 teams if there are enough teams to make an age group)
Location: All games will be played at the Waipio Soccer Complex unless necessary to use other fields.
Dates: Games will be played on Saturdays & Sundays, beginning December 2nd & 3rd 2023, through late February 2024. A Holidays break will be taken after the December 18th games, with the games resuming on January 7th and 14th.  No games will be played on February 18th & 19th due to the PDC tournament.
Times: Games will be primarily scheduled at the following times: 8:30am, 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm & 4pm, but may vary at times.
Referees: Three certified officials (one center, two assistant referees) per game.
Rules: All games shall be played under the current “Laws of the Game” published by FIFA, subject to specific League Rules created by the Rules and Regulation Committee.
Insurance: All US Club Soccer registered players, and coaches and administrators holding pass cards, are insured by a $100,000 secondary medical insurance policy.  The policy also covers approved international travel.

 Registration Deadline  Wednesday November 15th 
Applicants should familiarize themselves with the League Rules prior to applying, as there’re a few differences in comparison to other Leagues.
Admission is limited. Returning Clubs/Teams will have priority provided they meet the deadline. All others will be based on a first come first serve basis and/or the teams’ rank.
